On July 3 at 12:13 p.m. Andrius Gricius, 52, of Parlin, New Jersey was cited for overweight gross. He was released on a notice to appear with a July 26 Rochelle court date.

On July 3 at 4 p.m. Eric Nelson, 37, of Ashton was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 26 Ogle County court date.

On July 3 at 10:38 p.m. Catherine Dweh-Kabba, 59, of DeKalb was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 26 Rochelle court date.

On July 5 at 4:13 a.m. Elijah B. Oludoro, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 73 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 26 Rochelle court date.

On July 7 at 12:45 a.m. Keith R. Holland, 21, of Rochelle was arrested for obstructing justice. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 9 Ogle County court date.

On July 8 at 4:57 p.m. Uziel Chavez-Garcia, 35, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
