ROCHELLE — On June 29 at 11:25 p.m. Shelli A. Delatorre, 53, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $793 and was released.

On June 30 at 2:41 a.m. Brandon M. Rogers, 33, of Rochelle was arrested for outstanding Ogle County and DeKalb County warrants and transferred.

On June 30 at 8:44 p.m. Mohammed Jalilm, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 68 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 1 at 3:20 a.m. Jerry Keller, 36, of Rockford was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 1 at 7:08 p.m. Aaron Jackson, 24, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 50 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 1 at 9:05 p.m. Fernando Valdez-Dominguez, 41, of Capron was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 1 at 10:18 p.m. Barry Brown, 55, of Somonauk was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On July 1 at 2:01 p.m. Cody Keen, 26, of Rochelle was arrested for retail theft and transferred.
