ROCHELLE — On June 4 at 8:13 a.m. Cristobal Raya Ochoa, 35, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 21-25 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was released on a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 4 at 3:11 p.m. Flora Nava, 52, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 6 at 12:32 a.m. Hector Deleon, 18, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 5 at 7:46 p.m. Austine P. Xiong, 27, of Davis Junction was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 5 at 3:04 p.m. Lonnie G. Washington, 41, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 56 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 5 at 3:16 p.m. Omar Cedillo, 42, of Mendota was cited for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 5 at 2:12 p.m. Stacie L. Williams, 42, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 5 at 1:47 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 61 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone.  He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 6 at 6:44 p.m. Tyrus J. Holland, 34, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 25 Ogle County court date.

On June 6 at 11:04 p.m. Isaiah A. Marcoux, 22, of Rochelle was arrested for non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images and transferred.

On June 6 at 4:36 p.m. Bhavesh Chandrasekaran, 22, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 7 at 2:24 a.m. Kaylie M. Sandoval-Smith, 23, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence two and cited for no turn signal and disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date. In the same incident, Christian M. Rivas, 36, of Rochelle was cited for open container-passenger and signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.
