On March 11 at 8:25 p.m. Jessica M. Hunter, 40, of Sterling was cited for unlawful use of cellphone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 22 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 11:51 p.m. Ulises Amezcua-Valencia, 45, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on an I-Bond and given an April 22 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 1:42 a.m. Sabrina T. Sauro, 28, of Lockhurt, Texas was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 22 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 5:13 p.m. Justin R. Bertaud, 29, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. He paid $500 and was given an April 8 Ogle County court date.

On March 12 at 10 p.m. Rueben A. Benavente, 37, of Chicago was cited for overweight on axle.

On March 13 at 12:05 p.m. Phil P. Kurian, 62, of Skokie was cited for speeding 74 m.p.h. in a 55-m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 22 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 4:05 p.m. Jonathan M. White, 20, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was released on an I-Bond and given an April 22 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 7:11 p.m. Trisha A. Meese, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Ogle County and an outstanding warrant in Lee County and transferred.
