On March 18 at 9:48 a.m., Christopher Norkus, 41, Creston, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information and failure to reduce speed. He signed a promise to appear and was given an April 30 court date.

On March 19 at 12:08 a.m., Kate Litton, 38, Rochelle, was arrested on an Ogle County warrant. She paid the $476 fine.

On March 19 at 8:35 a.m., Amberley McCoy, 32, Rochelle, was cited for no insurance. She signed a promise to comply.

On March 19 at 8:50 a.m., Robert Trumbull, 75, Rochelle, was cited for speeding 48 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He posted a promise to comply.

On March 19 at 9:08 a.m., Alexander Melara, 22, Rochelle, and Oscar Guerrero, 21, Rochelle, were cited for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Guerrero also was arrested for illegal transportation of alcohol and on a DeKalb County warrant. They both signed promises to comply and Guerrero posted $375 for the warrant.

On March 19 at 1:35 p.m., Faith Grasty, 19, Rockford, was arrested on an Ogle County warrant. She posted $300 and will appear at a later date.
March 20

On March 20 at 9:29 a.m., Alejandro Cruz-Garcia, 38, Rochelle, was cited for speeding 70 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone. He’s to appear in court April 30.

On March 20 at 10:31 a.m., Joseph Pichon, 20, Esmond, was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and will appear in court April 30.

On March 20 at 1:26 p.m., Christina Poole, 34, DeKalb, was arrested for driving while license suspended, improper use of registration and possession of cannabis in a vehicle. She posted an I-bond and was given a court appearance of April 30.

On March 20 at 2:53 p.m., Aaron Brown, 28, DeKalb, was cited for speeding 51 m.p.h. in a 20 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and is to appear in court April 30.

On March 21 at 8:23 a.m., Marco Penaran, 21, Rochelle, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and possession of cannabis in a vehicle. He signed a promise to comply  and will appear in court April 30.

On March 21 at 1 p.m., Aurora Gonzales, 70, Rochelle, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign. He posted a promise to comply and was given a court date of April 30.
March 22

On March 22 at 9:01 a.m., Tyler Galvin, 36, Harvard, was cited for no insurance. He posted a promise to comply and will appear in court April 30.

On March 23 at 2:30 p.m., Daniel Schroeder, Jr., 54, Rochelle, was arrested on two warrants, one in Lee County and the other in Ogle County. He’s to appear in court April 9 and 26.

On March 23 at 10:48 p.m., Layza Gutierrez-Delgado, 20, Rochelle, was cited for speeding 55 m.p.h. in a 20 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 30 court date.

On March 25 at 12:09 a.m., Joseph Magdziarz, 19, Poplar Grove was cited for speeding 51 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He’ll appear in court April 30.
