On March 26 at 8:50 a.m. Matthew D. Oleson, 46, of Rockford was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 26 at 11:03 a.m. Sophie L. Luxton, 28, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 26 at 2:24 p.m. Zachary L. Zahm, 22, of Sycamore was cited for speeding 62 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 26 at 11:08 a.m. Patricia K. Guillotte, 73, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 51 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 27 at 9:02 a.m. a 17-year old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield right of way. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 28 at 1:11 a.m. Nazir Boshmoiunov, 37, of Chicago was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.

On March 28 at 10:04 p.m. Eldin Tringovski, 39, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.
