ROCHELLE — On May 15 at 1:45 p.m. Marcus W. Rawles, 25, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and use of a cell phone. He was given an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of June 18.

On May 15 at 2:35 p.m. Hinchaurriga G. Estrada, 32, of Steward was cited for speeding 65 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone. He was given an I-Bond and a Rochelle court date of June 18.

On May 15 at 7:41 p.m. Paige L. McManus, 23, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On May 16 at 4:34 a.m. Juan B. Franco, 27, of Sycamore was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence and speeding 70 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone. He paid $100 and was given a Rochelle court date of June 18.

On May 16 at 9:42 a.m. Valerie J. Brumann, 58, of Geneva was cited for speeding 53 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of June 18. On May 16 at 11:15 a.m. Jermall Adams, 26, of Nicholasville, Kentucky was cited for speeding 67 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone. On May 16 at 2:23 p.m. Jan Nasiadka, 50, of Roselle was cited for speeding 94 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of June 18.
