On May 21 at 4:41 p.m. Maggie L. Williams, 22, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 21 at 9:51 a.m. Kyle T.J. Smith, 33, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 21 at 10:37 a.m. Rhys J. Chen Clarke, 37, of Venice, Florida was cited for speeding 51 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 21 at 11:58 a.m. Kimberly M. Lumzy, 35, of Ashton was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 21 at 2:35 p.m. Victoria R. Savoie, 30, of Janesville, Wisconsin was cited for speeding 51 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 21 at 3:08 p.m. Brandi N. Smith, 35, of Hillcrest was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 22 at 8:20 p.m. Jesse J.  Mohica, 23, of Rochelle was arrested on outstanding Ogle and DuPage county warrants and transferred.

On May 22 at 4:29 p.m. Leslie D. Zepeda, 46, of Ft. Myers, Florida was cited for two child restraint violations. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 22 at 3:39 p.m. Kyle M. Cooper, 35, of Rock Falls was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 22 at 2:44 p.m. Yesenia H. Cacique, 45, of Kings was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 22 at 7:59 p.m. Kurtis D. Schultheis, 29, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 23 at 3:39 a.m. Michael A. Johnson, 67, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 21 Ogle County court date. In the same incident, Elijah B. Oluduro, 23, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was released on a notice to appear with a June 21 Ogle County court date.

On May 23 at 7:42 p.m. Dakota S. Ryun, 30, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On May 23 at 2:40 p.m. Susan K. Englert, 68, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 23 at 9:31 p.m. Linda M. Ramker, 71, of Summerfield, Florida was cited for no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 23 at 8:01 a.m. John J. Moisa, 47, of Plano was cited for overweight-axle. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 23 at 10:48 a.m. Mark W. Buttel, 42, of Leaf River was cited for overweight-gross. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 23 at 11:54 a.m. Leon J. Sequera, 34, of Fairbury was cited for overweight-axle. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 21 Rochelle court date.
