On May 28 at 9:38 p.m. Sergio Aguilar, 52, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On May 29 at 7:53 a.m. Marili Cervantes-Valdes, 23, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.

On May 29 at 9:52 a.m. Ann M. Thorton, 49, of Rockford was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 21 Rochelle court date.
