On Nov. 17 at 2:48 a.m. Michael Schlenbecker, 19, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.

On Nov. 16 at 11:22 p.m. Loire A. Rodriguez, 45, of Creston was cited for speeding. She was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
