ROCHELLE — On Nov. 9 at 9:09 a.m. Audrey A. Sullivan, 21, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
On Nov. 10 at 7:28 p.m. Emmanuel Garcia, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
On Nov. 10 at 11:39 p.m. Devon D. Moton, 27, of Poplar Grove was cited for possession of cannabis. He was given an I-Bond and a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
On Nov. 11 at 8:04 a.m. Larry Cleveland, 86, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield to oncoming traffic. He was given an I-Bond and a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
On Nov. 11 at 3:14 p.m. Chiffon S. Felix, 43, of Rochelle was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.
On Nov. 11 at 3:14 p.m. Deion M. Commack, 26, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Dec. 17.
On Nov. 12 at 2:10 a.m. Matthew J. Ross, 20, of DeKalb was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence, no valid driver’s license, possession of cannabis, underage consumption of alcohol, no valid registration and no insurance and transferred.
On Nov. 12 at 7:25 p.m. Nicholas D. Pillion, 21, of Rochelle was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.
