ROCHELLE — On Sept. 14 at 11:05 p.m. Giovanni Alba, 22, of DeKalb was cited for disobeying a stop sign . He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 22.
On Sept. 15 at 8:33 p.m. Nicholas D. Pillion, 21, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On Sept. 15 at 5:44 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 22.
On Sept. 15 at 6:45 p.m. Zachary S. Spangler, 39, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date Oct. 22.
