ROCHELLE — On Sept. 30 at 10:29 a.m. Daniel Jimenez-Carbera, 19, of Rockford was cited for a stop arm violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 5.
On Oct. 3 at 5:42 p.m. Eugene Orstead, 74, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 59 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 5.
On Oct. 4 at 9:55 a.m. Cady Ellen Holland, 30, of Rochelle was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred. She was also cited for disobeying a stop sign and no insurance and signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 5.
On Oct. 4 at 10:16 p.m. Benjamin Rubi, 26, of Rockford was cited for possession of cannabis-unsealed and no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 5.
