Several arrested on warrants

On March 10 the following people were arrested for Ogle County outstanding warrants:
Robin Weatherall, 31, of Rockford, for failure to appear. Weatherall has a bond of $2,072. Weatherall will return to court on March 13 at 9 a.m. Weatherall remains in the Ogle County Jail.
Nicholas D. Pillion, 19, of Rochelle, for failure to appear. Pillion has a bond of $115 and returned to court March 13. Pillion remains in the Ogle County Jail.
On March 11 at approximately 3 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Route 251 and Eddy Road. After an investigation, deputies arrested James Friendman, 41, of Rockford, for driving while license revoked. Friendman was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he is being in held of lieu bond.
On March 11 at 12:52 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a black Hyundai in the 4000 block West Montague Road for speeding. After a further investigation, the driver, Ronald A. Mayry Jr., 36, of Freeport, was arrested for no valid driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle. Mayry was taken into custody, transported to the Ogle County Jail without incident, and held in lieu of bond. Mayry was scheduled to appear in court March 12.
On March 11, Douglas Johnson, 50, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving while license revoked. Johnson was unable to post the $3,000/10 percent bond and was scheduled to appear in court March 12.
On March 12 at approximately 2:50 p.m., deputies responded to Nashua and Scout road for a report of a possible intoxicated male. After a short investigation deputies arrested Jacob D. Duke, 20, of Oregon, for DUI drugs, DUI alcohol, and improper cannabis container. Duke was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by Oregon Fire.
