FREEPORT — The St. Paul Lutheran School cross county team raced in the 1.5-mile Lancer Invitational in Freeport over the weekend. Eight Crusader runners participated, with Esam Farraj and Reed Rowley earning medals for their efforts in the varsity boys race.
Farraj won the race with a time of 8:30 and Rowley took ninth place. Among the participants were Lucas Bunger, Leylani Farraj, Grant Rowley, Keilon Salazar and Benediktas Grigaliunas.
