The Lady Hubs varsity softball team earned its second victory of the season on Wednesday, when the girls took down Oregon by a final score of 7-3.
Freshman Bella Lodico struck out nine batters on the mound and recorded three RBIs for Rochelle. Junior Becca Bunger and senior Jessie Meyers each totaled two hits, and junior Emilee Dueringer added one RBI. Senior Teddi Hacaga went 1-for-3.
The win propels Rochelle to 2-8 overall and the girls will play Sycamore at home on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
