CARLYLE — The Rochelle Hub bass fishing team set course for the IHSA State Championship at Carlyle Lake this past weekend. The three-man boat of head coach Curt Samo, Cooper Hasz and Griffin Ohlinger caught one bass on Friday, weighing in at 1 pound and 4 ounces. The team did not catch any bass on Saturday, ultimately finishing tied for 60th place out of 74 teams that competed in the two-day event.
