PERU — The Rochelle Hub varsity bowling team finished ninth out of 12 schools with 4,780 pins scored during the Cavalier Classic at the Illinois Valley Super Bowl on Saturday. Junior Evin Odle led the Hubs with a 1,025 series and 245 high score over six games to place 34th overall.
Rochelle scored 883 in the first game, with senior Luke Orlikowski shooting 210 and freshman Logan Frye firing 203. After totaling 783 and 695 over the second and third games, Rochelle recorded 855 in the fourth game behind Orlikowski’s 216 and Frye’s 191. Odle’s 245 propelled the Hubs to an 865 score in the fifth game before Rochelle finished with 699 in the sixth game.
