ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Lady Hub varsity bowling team scored another victory this week, rolling over the Sterling Golden Warriors 2,454-2,250 and improving to 3-4 on the season. Freshman Cassidy Vincent led Rochelle with a match-best 582 series.
The Lady Hubs took the series lead early in the match, winning the first game 846-756 behind Vincent’s 194 and 166 from sophomore Faith Adams. Brendy Gatica and Hannah Conderman rolled 160 and 158 for Sterling.
Rochelle extended its lead with a 821-760 victory in the second game. Vincent fired a match-best 206 for the Lady Hubs, while senior Zoe Rourke scored 156. Rochelle swept the match with a 787-734 win in the third game behind 182 from Vincent and 145 from senior Anna Samo.
