On Feb. 25 at 1:14 a.m. Israel Centeno, 41, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 80 in a 55 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 21 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 23 at approximately 12:10 a.m. deputies conducted traffic stop in the 13,000 block West Sterling Road. After a brief investigation, a 17-year-old juvenile was placed under arrest for no valid driver’s license after curfew. The juvenile was additionally cited for speeding and released on a notice to appear with a future court date.

On Feb. 21 at 8:13 a.m. Kelly L. Olson, 44, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 70 in a 45 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 21 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 16 at approximately 11:15 a.m. deputies were advised of a disturbance that had occurred earlier in the morning near 3125 S. Stone Hill Road in rural Chana. After investigation, deputies placed a 17- year-old male juvenile under arrest for aggravated battery. The male juvenile was released to an adult per the parents’ permission. Stephanie Smith, 38, of Rochelle, was also placed under arrest for contributing to criminal delinquency of a minor. Smith was released on a notice to appear and given a future court date.

On Feb. 17 at 9:43 p.m. Ailin Lopez Carmell, 19, of Rockford was cited for use of an electronic communications device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 21 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 14 at approximately 7:54 p.m. deputies responded to the intersection of East Illinois Route 38 and South East Line Road for a two-vehicle collision. After investigation, deputies placed Jeffrey Holznagel, 61, of Rochelle, under arrest for driving with license expired more than a year. Holznagel was released on a notice to appear and given a future court date.

On Feb. 13 at 10:26 p.m. Joaquin Bahena-Medina, 40, of Rochelle was cited for use of electronic communications device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 11 at approximately 9:05 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 6,000 block West Lowell Park Road.  After investigation, deputies placed Timothy Reeverts, 41, of Oregon under arrest for driving while license suspended.  Reeverts was released on a notice to appear at the scene and given a future court date.

On Feb. 11 at 11 a.m. Justin Myers, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of child murderer & violent offender against youth registration act and transferred.

On Feb. 7 at approximately 6:54 p.m. deputies assisted a motorist in the 17,000 block of East Illinois Route 38.  After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Ashley Ann Martinez, 30, of Rochelle for possession of drug paraphernalia.  Martinez was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was given a notice to appear with a future court date.

On Feb. 8 at 4:52 a.m. Kayembe Mukeba, 47, of Rockford was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.

At 10:37 a.m. deputies were advised of a violation of an order of protection with the offender being Seth Seidelman, 39, of Oregon. After an investigation, sheriff’s deputies located Seidelman in the 100 block of North Fourth Street in Oregon. Seidelman was placed under arrest for violation of an order of protection. Seidelman was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held until his appearance before a judge.

On Feb. 3 at 11:53 a.m. Ryan D. Stultz, 37, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 31 at approximately 7:26 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Primrose Lane and Rolling Meadows Road in Davis Junction. After an investigation, Jorge Castaneda, 46, of Davis Junction was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license. Castaneda was also cited for no insurance and improper lane usage. Castaneda was released on a notice to appear with a return court date.

On Jan. 29 at 11:07 p.m. Milaida Dupairon Delgado, 52, of Rochelle was cited for one headlight and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 8:59 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4,000 block of West Illinois Route 64.  After investigation, deputies placed Christian Grogan, 36, of Mt. Morris, under arrest for driving while license suspended and driving while license suspended without a BAID (class-four felony).  Grogan was additionally issued a citation for use of electronic communication device.  Grogan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released on a notice to appear and given a future court date.

On Jan. 28 at 8:13 a.m. Marco Clavellina-Sandoval, 48, of Rochelle was cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 24 at approximately 11:34 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of Madison Street, Oregon. After an investigation, deputies arrested Ulises O. Moreno-Martinez, 28, of Rochelle, for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Moreno-Martinez was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. 

On Jan. 24 at 9:14 a.m. Ronald W. Lighthart, 60, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance and expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 20 at approximately 9:42 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 6,000 block of West Lowell Park Road. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Iris I. Estrada, 30, of Dixon for driving while license revoked. Additionally, Estrada was given a verbal warning for equipment violations.  Estrada was issued a notice to appear with a future court date.

On Jan. 20 at 8:33 p.m. Andrew J. Feeley, 36, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 17 at 9:14 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 88 at mile marker 75 eastbound for a registration violation. After an investigation, Benjamin Morgan, 27, of Sterling, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Morgan was also issued a citation for no front registration. Morgan was released on a notice to appear.

On Jan. 17 at 9:43 a.m. Yee Yim Chiu, 78, of Peru was cited for improper U turn. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 7 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 14 at approximately 11:20 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Dutch Road and Illinois Route 251.  After investigation, deputies placed Marquetavion Freeman, 27, of Rockford under arrest for no valid license. Freeman was additionally issued a citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Freeman was released on a notice to appear at the scene and given a future court date.

On Jan. 15 at 9:17 a.m. Donna E. Bailey, 55, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 53 in a 35 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 7 Rochelle court date.
